How are Zinus mattresses shipped to my door?
Our mattresses are compressed using patented technology and rolled into one compact box. This allows for easy delivery and maneuvering through tight hallways or staircases before you unbox and watch it expand.
How long does it take for a mattress to fully expand?
Most mattresses will expand to their full shape within 48 to 72 hours. Factors like humidity and room temperature may affect expansion time, but you can typically sleep on it the same night it arrives.
What is the Zinus return policy and trial period?
We offer a 100-night trial on all mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 100 days, you can return it for a full refund. For furniture and bed frames, we offer a 30-day return window.
Are your foam products certified for safety?
Yes, all our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified. This means it is made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, or phthalates, and has been tested for low VOC emissions to ensure indoor air quality.
Do I need a box spring for my Zinus bed frame?
Most of our platform beds and foundations are designed with sturdy wooden or steel slats that provide full support, eliminating the need for a traditional box spring.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
We stand by our quality with a 10-year limited warranty on mattresses and a 5-year limited warranty on our foundations, bed frames, and sofas against manufacturing defects.
